Responsibilities
- KEY ROLE IN PREPARATION OF THE Annual Business Plan BY PROVIDING UPDATED MARKET INPUTS RELATED TO PRICING COMPETITION ACTIVITIES MARKETING INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW MARKET ETC.
- DEVELOP ASMs TO CASCADE THE ANNUAL PLAN DOWN THE HIERARCHY BY DRAWING MONTHLY PLANS IN LINE WITH PAST SALES TREND AND FIGURING OUT PUSH OPPORTUNITIES IN THE MARKET;
- FORECASTS SALES BASED ON MARKET INTELLIGENCE
- CLOSELY MONITOR KEY ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE ONTIME SALES AND AND COLLECTION POST SALES
- ACTIVELY DEVELOP CHANNEL EXPANSION
- SUGGEST DEALER SCHEMES THE NEED FOR SPECIFIC MEETS WITH INFLUENCERS AND CHANNEL PARTNERS
- ENSURE CLOSURE OF DEALER AND CHANNEL PARTNERS COMPLAINTS
- SET TARGETS OF ALL THE TEAM MEMBERS IN SYNC WITH THE BUSINESS PLAN
- REGULARLY REVIEW AND CELEBRATE TEAM PERFOFRMACE AND IDENTIFY THE AREAS OF STRENGTHS DEVELOPMENT FOR THE ASMs

- WORKING AS PROFIT CENTER HEADS
