Job Description

The Company is leading Cement manufacturer of Northeast. The plant is located at Nongsning village of Meghalaya.

Responsibilities
  1. KEY ROLE IN PREPARATION OF THE Annual Business Plan BY PROVIDING UPDATED MARKET INPUTS RELATED TO PRICING COMPETITION ACTIVITIES MARKETING INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW MARKET ETC.
  2. DEVELOP ASMs TO CASCADE THE ANNUAL PLAN DOWN THE HIERARCHY BY DRAWING MONTHLY PLANS IN LINE WITH PAST SALES TREND AND FIGURING OUT PUSH OPPORTUNITIES IN THE MARKET;
  3. FORECASTS SALES BASED ON MARKET INTELLIGENCE
  4. CLOSELY MONITOR KEY ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE ONTIME SALES AND AND COLLECTION POST SALES
  5. ACTIVELY DEVELOP CHANNEL EXPANSION
  6. SUGGEST DEALER SCHEMES THE NEED FOR SPECIFIC MEETS WITH INFLUENCERS AND CHANNEL PARTNERS
  7. ENSURE CLOSURE OF DEALER AND CHANNEL PARTNERS COMPLAINTS
  8. SET TARGETS OF ALL THE TEAM MEMBERS IN SYNC WITH THE BUSINESS PLAN
  9. REGULARLY REVIEW AND CELEBRATE TEAM PERFOFRMACE AND IDENTIFY THE AREAS OF STRENGTHS DEVELOPMENT FOR THE ASMs
  10. KAM(KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT)
  11. WORKING AS PROFIT CENTER HEADS
  12. EXPLORING OPPORTUNITIES AND DEPLOYING SALES RESOURCES TO CAPITALISE ON THE AVAILABLE MARKT POTENTIAL
  13. ANALYSING LATEST MARKET TRENDS AND TRACKING COMPETITORS ACTIVITIES AND PROVIDING VALUABLE INPUTS FOR FINE TUNING SALES AND MARKETING STRATEGIES
  14. LIASING WITH SUPPLY CHAIN AND LOGISTICS TO ENSURE UNITERRUPTED AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT
  15. CONSISTENT GROWTH YEAR ON YEAR IN THE EXISTING MARKET CHANNEL EXPANSION YOY

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
LEAD A TEAM OF SALES MANAGERS TO BUILD DEVELOP ANDSUSTAIN THE MARKET TO ENSURE THAT COMPANYS GROWTH OBJECTIVES ARE FULFILLED. REVIEW AND BRING IN INNOVATION IN SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES TO ENSURE GREATER EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE SALES TEAM WHILE ACHIEVING COMPANYS GOAL.
