Were on the hunt for someone who can help us build a customercentric continuous improvement environment across all our centers in Spain. We need someone who can optimize processes identify areas for improvement to maximize resources and cut costs.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have

• Work to build a continuous improvement environment and customercentric culture in all the groups centres in Spainimproving processes and optimising efficiency.
• Encourage and restore the culture of continuous improvement at all levels and with all employees.
• Identifying waste to optimise resources and reduce costs.
• Communicates and provides training on the Continuous Improvement cycle.
• Data analysis and implementation and monitoring of KPIs identification of areas for improvement and evaluation of the impact of implemented initiatives.

Well what will the requirements be

• Graduate in any stream. Specific training in Lean management.
• 25 years of experience as a Lean manager or promoter in the industrial/logistics sector.
• Experience in handson implementation of continuous improvement programs
• Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma Lean value stream mapping design thinking
• Level of English B1B2
• Have commitment to customer experience and a high level of dedication enthusiasm motivation and persuasive ability in a team and crossfunctional environment.
