Black & Grey HR is seeking a dynamic and driven Company Representative based in China to join our expanding team! As a vital member youll spearhead our sourcing efforts by scouting and assessing prospective automotive parts and materials suppliers in China. Your duties will encompass the entire procurement cycle from initiating connections to bargaining and sealing the deal.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing:
Research extensively to find automotive parts and materials suppliers that match our quality cost and delivery needs.
Study market trends and prices to ensure were getting the best deals.
Maintain a detailed database of potential and current suppliers.
Communication & Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with suppliers promoting open communication.
Manage communication between our company and Chinese suppliers overcoming any language or cultural barriers.
Arrange and handle logistics for meetings with suppliers.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
Negotiate prices terms and conditions with suppliers for optimal deals.
Create review and finalize contracts with suppliers ensuring legality and meeting company standards.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to agreements.
Travel:
Domestic travel within China may be required to visit supplier facilities.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration Engineering or related field.
Min 35 years of sourcing and procurement experience preferably in automotive.
Demonstrated success in finding and vetting new suppliers.
Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships across diverse backgrounds.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Chinese business customs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Automotive parts and materials experience is advantageous.
