About the company

Our client is an iGaming company aiming to be the world leader in gaming entertainment by providing their customers with the most entertaining and trustworthy experience possible while also reinventing the gambling industry. They are home to more than 30 wellknown brands including PlayOJO DruckGluck BacanaPlay Genting and many more.

The role of the Junior Digital Designer is to assist in the delivery of digital creative for an online gaming company and our client is preferably looking for experience in online casino and bingo design but not essential.

• You will be integral to the development and delivery of the brands creative output working directly within the Cyprus design team the Creative Lead and internal copywriters.
• You should have at least 2 years experience designing/ building/ producing digital static and animated display and social banners bannerflow webpages & banners within a fastpaced design studio environment.
• You should have strong digital ideations skills and used to developing visual concepts mainly on their own but occasionally with copywriters. As an ideal candidate you will be able to hit the ground running being proactive a conceptual designer and an innovator with knowledge and experience across all digital platforms.
• Experience using Bannerflow for html5 banner exports as well as After Effects is a prerequisite for this role.
• You will have a solid portfolio and show a diverse range of styles skills and creative abilities.
• Providing a portfolio with this application is a requirement.

Tasks

Responsibilities include:

• Proactively generate ideas for the brand visualize and present to the wider team
• Design and build animated display banner campaigns using Adobe Animate/ Bannerflow
• Design static website hero banners animated/static programmatic display banners CRM banners web landing pages and after effect animations for social media digital banners.
• Design creative in print work (branded merchandise direct mailers etc).
• Have a basic understanding of UX/UI design principals.
• Have basic understanding to edit / resize MP4 video/ audio.
• Collaborate with team members as a designer.
• Pragmatically approach projects to ensure both creative and business needs are met.
• Presenting of ideas internally.
• Regularly collaborate with marketing/social media department.
• Keeping Project management team well briefed on current timings status and potential issues.
• Present to management.
• Attend meetings.
• Produce internal and social media promotional materials.

Requirements

• Degree or certification in web or graphic design
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Portfolio of completed design projects (only applications accompanied by a relevant work portfolio will be taken into consideration)
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Adobe Animate IndesignFigma) Microsoft 365 applications ClickUp project management or similar. Experience using Bannerflow would be an advantage
• Basic experience in working with videos and animations.
• Have a basic understanding of UX/UI design principals and HTML5.
• Experience working within agile project management (JIRA) will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to adapt the creatives based on brand guidelines and between different audiences.
• Have a great eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good time management and communication skills
• Brilliant communication and teamwork skills.
• Very good knowledge of English (oral and written).
