Job Description

As Business Manager at SpinChem youll embark on a dynamic journey working handinhand with existing customers to strengthen relationships while also pioneering new for growth and innovation.

In this new role within the company youll be at the forefront of business opportunities leveraging your strategic mindset and deep understanding of our industry to identify partnerships. Your keen eye for opportunity and your proactive approach will be instrumental in driving our companys expansion into new territories and sectors.

But thats not all. You will also be tasked with ensuring that we exceed expectations in the delivery of our smallscale systems at all times together with the team. Your technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of our products and services will empower you to provide tailored solutions that address the unique needs of each customer. Through close collaboration youll orchestrate seamless processes from start to finish guaranteeing a superior experience for our customers at every step of the way.

What you will do

    Identify and Reach Out to Potential Customers: Utilize various channels including the company website email campaigns phone calls digital meetings networking events and industry conferences to identify and engage potential customers.

    Nurture Existing Customer Relationships: Maintain regular communication with existing customers providing support as needed and ensuring satisfaction through proactive followups and personalized assistance.

    Collaboration: Work closely with Emil Pierre Elena and Erik to provide insights gathered from customer interactions market trends and competitor analysis. Collaborate effectively to ensure SpinChem remains competitive innovative and aligned with customer needs.

    Engagement Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners. Provide exceptional service address concerns or inquiries promptly and follow up on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

    Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay updated on industry advancements technological innovations and market dynamics. Attend conferences networking events and workshops to broaden knowledge and contribute to ongoing innovation within the company.

    Strategy Development: Work closely with the team to develop and implement sales strategies innovation initiatives and market expansion plans. Contribute ideas and insights to drive continuous improvement and achieve company objectives

Your experience should demonstrate your ability to take ownership of projects from inception to completion navigating the complexities both within and beyond traditional sales boundaries. Your track record should reflect a deep understanding of the factors that contribute to longterm success both in fostering strong customer relationships and in collaborating effectively within a team environment.
