Job Description

The Company

Simply Green is a major European wholesale distributor of CBD products smoking accessories and related cannabis products. The business is fairly unique in the industry in that almost all of its business is conducted through its bestinclass digital platform. We operate in several EU countries and we are looking for dynamic and confident Sales Representatives who speak professional level French Spanish German or Italian also professional level English is a must.

We are a young and dynamic team and our business is growing fast if you want to be part of an amazing growth story we want to talk to you.

The Role

In this role we seek outstanding organizational and sales skills and a highly professional and structured approach to selling. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs. If you are also goaldriven and analytical wed like to meet you.

Ultimately you will work to grow one of our markets and develop new opportunities and increase revenue from existing clients.

Tasks

  • Prospect for new accounts.
  • Identify lapsed and lost accounts and take measures to reactivate
  • Identify lapsed and lost accounts and take measures to reactivate..
  • Look for gaps in products ordered by customers to identify upsell and crosssell opportunities.
  • Support our customers to sell more products with POS material and providing product/brand training.
  • Keep records of client interactions and opportunities using our CRM Hubspot.
  • Communicate client needs and demands to the wider company.

Requirements

  • An interest in CBD and/or regulated cannabis market.
  • Able to follow process and use sales tools as instructed.
  • Professionallevel spoken and written French Spanish German or Italian is essential (as well as professional level English).
  • 2 years in an account management or direct sales role servicing multiple accounts.
  • Ability to develop strategies and use performance KPIs.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with using CRM systems is helpful.
  • Problemsolving aptitude and ability to think creatively

  • Demonstrable ability to build relationships and develop connections to improve sales and increase revenues.
  • Degree in Business Marketing or a related field is an advantage.

This is a fourstage process:

  • The application process will close on 5th July.
  • We will hold short initial screening interviews via Google Meet with potentially suitable candidates between 8th 16th July.
  • Followup facetoface interview for those who are a good match for the role and these will be held between 22nd 31st July.
  • There will be a final facetoface stage where suitable candidates will be asked to present their sales strategy to the interview panel.
