Whether its an ebike from CHF 52 per month or a sofa from MySofaPlan from CHF 42 per month our customers can decide how they want to pay with options ranging from down payments to terms of 6 to 48 months.

We want to promote sustainability by encouraging consumers to invest in one highquality product instead of buying multiple lowquality products that end up in landfill. We recently launched MySofaPlan and plan to expand into new verticals such as MyBabyPlan and MyMusicPlan.

Tasks

Position Overview:

Are you a passionate sales professional with a flair for building strong customer relationships Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can make a real difference Join our team as an Inside Sales & AfterSales Associate/Specialist and be at the forefront of driving our sales success. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in our growing team and help customers realize their dreams of high quality products through our unique financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding customers through the sales process
  • Supporting lead generation by answering all customer questions
  • Handling existing customers and ensuring that everything is done to keep them as satisfied as possible
  • Handson work with our CRM platform (Hubspot) and the designed sales process to keep track of all customers
  • Work with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that maximize growth and revenue
  • Support customers during the aftersales process
  • Support in the acquisition of additional aftersales partners

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Education in the commercial field (KV) as a bicycle mechanic or as a bicycle salesman.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Highly motivated and resultsoriented with a passion for sales success.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills able to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Analytical mindset with problem solving skills.
  • You are a team player and can work both individually and as part of a team.
