Senior Property Valuer
Basingstoke
£25000 base salary
£40000 OTE
Monday Friday Every Saturday with day in lieu (always a 5 day week)
Our client is an well established franchise estate agency with multiple branches across the country. They are currently looking for a Sales Valuer to join their team in Basingstoke. Are you an expereienced Valuer looking for a new opportunity or are you an experienced sales negotiator ready to take the leap in learning the art of valuations and winning instructions... this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities in this role are:
- Carrying out market appraisals/valuations with the aim of bringing as many properties to the market as possible.
- Managing your clients (as well as your colleague’s clients) keeping them updated at all times and providing and exceptional level of service.
- Negotiating offers to the point of sale and exchange.
- Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations financial & Legal services leads and viewings.
- Constantly looking to improve our market share and identifying all opportunities to grow the business.
- Previous experience in either sales or lettings is essential (atleast 2 years)
- A full UK driving licence and your own car
- A strong work ethic
- A successful track record in your academic professional or personal life
- A desire to grow as an individual
