We are recruiting for a Registered Manager
Nursing Home
45 bed
Located outside Bristol
Salary 55k bonus

Qualifications - Registered Manager with relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care) - Proven managerial experience in domiciliary care services - Comprehensive understanding of regulatory standards and best practices in the domiciliary care sector - Exceptional leadership and communication skills - Ability to effectively manage teams and cultivate a positive work environment - Financial acumen for effective resource management - In-depth knowledge of home care services for vulnerable adults
