The Savoy Sharm Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sharm El Sheikh Egypt. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for promoting and selling our resort and hotel properties to potential clients and travel partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue for Savoy Sharm Group.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents tour operators and other partners to generate business for the group.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals contracts and negotiations to potential clients.
- Attend trade shows conferences and networking events to promote Savoy Sharm Group and its properties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance providing regular reports to the management team.
- Train and mentor sales staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English both written and verbal. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
