Job Description

The Savoy Sharm Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sharm El Sheikh Egypt. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for promoting and selling our resort and hotel properties to potential clients and travel partners. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for sales and hospitality to join a reputable and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue for Savoy Sharm Group.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents tour operators and other partners to generate business for the group.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals contracts and negotiations to potential clients.
  • Attend trade shows conferences and networking events to promote Savoy Sharm Group and its properties.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance providing regular reports to the management team.
  • Train and mentor sales staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
