Job Description
Roles and Resposibilites
- Risk Analysis of the Properties of Low Development and Dominating Area.
- Empanelment of the External Vendors & its Management.
- Vetting of Valuation Reports of Vendors by Scrutinizing Rates.
- To Underwrite Technical SOP of Respective Area which Supports technical Parameter and Business.
- Property & Project Appraisal which includes site investigation document verification & valuation.
- To conduct cross audit of HighTicket Size Cases and Preparation of scrutiny Reports.
- To check the encroachment of the Property with respect to approved Building Plan & Layout Plan from Competent Authority.
- To Check the Development Plan & T.P Scheme Map to forecast the Development Respective Zone & Extension of Highways.
- Maintenance & Update of technical visit MIS time to time.
- To monitor construction progress for under construction property.
- Responsible Technical Person for Valuation.
