You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPosition Overview: As an HR BPO Specialist at Free flow idea you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our human resources processes through outsourcing. You will work closely with our internal HR team and external BPO providers to ensure efficient delivery of HR services compliance with regulations and implementation of best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with BPO providers ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and performance metrics are tracked and reported.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate HR processes that are outsourced to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all HR activities outsourced to BPO providers comply with company policies local regulations and industry standards.
Data Management: Manage HR data privacy and security protocols ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA).
Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated inquiries handled by BPO providers ensuring timely resolution and excellent service delivery.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data related to HR BPO activities to identify trends areas for improvement and costeffectiveness.
Project Management: Lead or support HR BPOrelated projects such as system implementations process migrations and audits.
