Job Description:
- Overall knowledge of the complete O2C process
- Thorough knowledge and experience of AR Cash Application process
- Experience in AR query handling
- Basic level query resolution through emails
- Extraction of reports/Bank statements from portals
- Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation
- Oracle /SAP experience would be preferred.
- Open to working in shifts.
- Immediate joiners would be preferred
