Job Title: ERP Business Analyst (Financials/HR/Payroll)

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

• Experienced in ERP business analysis with a focus on Financial and HR/Payroll modules.
• Proficient in documenting ToBe ERP requirements using artifacts such as Functional Requirements Documents User Interface Documents Report Specification Documents and Report Requirements Documents.
• Skilled in conducting interviews with ERP endusers to support AsIs and ToBe documentation and analysis.
• Adept at documenting AsIs ERP reports using artifacts such as Report Specification Documents.
• Competent in creating business analysis artifact templates including Process Flow Diagrams Data Flow Diagrams Report Specification Documents Report Requirement Documents Pain Point Documents Functional Requirements Documents and User Interface Documents.
• Experienced in creating business rules extraction documentation and analyzing extracted rules.
• Proficient in performing data analysis of ERP system data and metadata using SQL and tools such as Excel.
• Skilled in documenting AsIs Enterprise Management Planning (ERP) systems using artifacts such as Process Flow Diagrams Data Flow Diagrams and Pain Point Documents.
