Responsibilities:

• Design Strategy helping to define the evolution of their digital platforms including evaluating their current functional supply value add and integration with the wider product ecosystem
• Strong Product skills helping to concept and iterate based on research evidence data the designs created
• Strong measurement skills able to define and measure the signals of success value add etc.
• Strong research skills across quant/qual generative/evaluative declared/observed

Qualifications

• Very strong UI/ID skills inc. responsive adaptive accessible design
• Strong research skills (generative evaluative Quant Qual Declared Observed) to understand user need and evaluate design work
• Strong emphasis on the measurement of value to be accrued / demonstrate the ROI of design
• Strong stakeholder management skills datadriven story telling
• Solid ability to challenge and reframe existing paradigms conceptual models and to provide higher value add alternatives
• Strong impulse toward crossfunctional collaboration
• Strong experience of cocreation across functional areas
