Job Title: Apptad Fullstack Lead

Job Description:
What will you do
Technical Leadership:
- Lead the full stack development team in designing developing and maintaining web applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure highquality code and adherence to best practices.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
- Develop project plans timelines and milestones.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Development:
- Write clean scalable and efficient code for both frontend and backend components.
- Implement responsive designs and ensure crossbrowser compatibility.
- Integrate thirdparty APIs and services.
Maintenance and Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize application performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs.
- Keep uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the most effective tools and techniques.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster a collaborative environment within the development team and with other departments.
- Communicate effectively with nontechnical stakeholders to explain technical concepts and progress.
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation and reports.
What are we looking for
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like React Angular or Vue.js.
- Expertise in backend technologies such as Node.js Express Python Ruby on Rails or similar.
- Experience with databases like MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB etc.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines).
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is preferred.
