Quality Engineer - QMS

ROLE AND DUTIES:

• Conduct Time Study &Motion Study OEE improvement by eliminating losses &
• reduce non value added activity
• Figure out how to manufacture parts or products or deliver services with maximum efficiency.
• Quality Management System
• System audit and effectiveness of 8D actions
• Execution of all internal audit Plan vs Actual
• 5S Audit Adherence as per monthly plan
• Visualization improvement
• Process improvent by Quality tool (PDCA 7QC DMAIC)
• Waste reduction/ elimination projects in shopfloor
• Certifiaction program for development
• Skill development of employee
• Audit adherence

REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE:

• Experience of working in a Quality / Engineering environment
• Knowledge of Quality Tools (APQPPPAPPFMEAMSASPC)
• Understanding the Root Cause Analysis Process (G8D / Why Why/ Any other)
• Through Knowledge in the Basic Gauges and Instruments used for measuring
• Can read and understand detailed mechanical drawings.
• Essential Computer Literate with use of Microsoft Word Excel and use of MIS
• systems would be an advantage
