Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations this role will initially be standalone and we will support you on your growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Marketing and the founders on building and fostering employer branding
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing through to offer negotiations
- Use datadriven metrics to improve recruitment strategies and provide insights into the hiring process
- Initiatives on employee engagement wellbeing 360 feedback future of work DE&I
Recruitment
- Conduct indepth interviews and assessments to evaluate technical competencies and culture fit
- Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including online databases LinkedIn and networks to identify potential candidates
- Collaborate with the senior team to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
- Maintain candidate pipelines for future roles and opportunities
Operations
- Lead onboarding journey for new starters
- Business partnering with department leaders
- Implementation and/or improvement of processes from hiretopay employee lifecycle
- Draft and implement People policies
- Lead of implementation of employee benefits in line with company scaling
- Work with Finance on monthly payroll and employment changes
As we are a small and growing team there may be additional tasks such as support and coordination on QBRs offsites
Qualifications
Required
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Handson experience with HR software and tooling
- 2 years of recruiting experience with a VCbacked startup
- Experience working in an international setup whether multientity or using EORs
- Strong networking skills and a proven track record of engaging passive candidates
Preferable but not required
- Background in SaaS companies
- Technical knowledge of R&D and GTM roles
- Experience in an external search or agency firm
- Systems implementation experience with HR software and tooling

Remote London (UK). Access to coworking space available
