Housing Benefit Assessor

2 months contract with A Local Authority

Job Summary:

• We are looking for 2 benefit assessors to work solely on new claims with a minimum of 2 year s experience. You must be able to assess all types of Housing Benefit claims including Supported Temporary accommodation selfemployed PFAs and Council Tax Support claims.
  
• You will need to have a comprehensive understanding of benefit legislation and preferably have experience using Civica Open Revenues and D360.
  
• You will need to be able to work to tight deadlines and targets with a customer focused approach.

• 37 Hrs (9am 5:30pm)
