IT Support Specialist Warehouse Operations

West Coast Supply Group a trusted multinational distributor of premium fast moving consumer goods is proud to announce the opening of our brand new 30000 m warehouse the beating heart of our supply chain operations. As we expand we are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at West Coast Logistics.

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support to our warehouse employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations by maintaining and troubleshooting various IT systems and devices including scanners printers computers WiFi networks narrow casting solutions and AV equipment for meeting rooms. You will be part of a larger IT team with dedicated specialist supporting over 250 user on three different locations.

This is how you tackle your day. You:

• Provide technical support for warehouse employees ensuring all IT systems function smoothly;
• Maintain and troubleshoot scanners printers computers (WiFi) networks and other IT equipment;
• Support narrow casting solutions AV equipment for meeting rooms and beamers;
• Manage and support desktop computers and other endpoints ensuring they are Intune managed;
• Utilize Jira as the service management tool to log track and resolve IT issues;
• Maintaining relationships with our external IT suppliers;
• Assist with the implementation and support of the new Warehouse Management System (WMS);
• Ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime for all ITrelated functions in the warehouse.

Profile

• Completed MBO/HBO in IT related education;
• Proven experience in an IT support role preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment;
• Proficiency with Intune managed devices and Jira service management tools;
• Experience with modern desktops and O365 and MS Azure;
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage multiple IT systems and devices;
• Familiarity with AV equipment narrow casting solutions and meeting room technology;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with nontechnical staff;
• Fluent in English and Dutch;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
