Information Management Analyst

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Aggregate analyze and present data from multiple sources
• Data entry and data management
• Technical administration
• Support processing action tasks
• Quality control and monitoring
• Develop reports correspondence and presentations
• Produce written products such as memoranda presentations and correspondence

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a field related to task activities from an accredited university or college.
• At least 3 years of relevant postbaccalaureate professional experience directly related to the task activities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a variety of webbased and commercial offtheshelf data management software packages.
• Demonstrated ability to aggregate analyze and present data gathered from multiple sources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint) must have advanced skills in Excel such as vlookup pivot tables macros etc.
• Ability to develop reports correspondence and presentations MS Word documents and Power Point presentations.
• Knowledge of Head Start programs highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing and produce high quality written products such as memoranda presentations and correspondence.
• Work well with nontechnical team members.
