Job Description: Java Lead Developer w/LoanIQ

Location: Irving TX / Jersey City NJ (Local candidates only)

Work Arrangement: 3 Days Hybrid from Day 1

Visa Requirements: No H1B OPT CPT.

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Java Lead Developer with expertise in LoanIQ to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming Spring Boot Microservices and Hibernate coupled with handson experience in LoanIQ software development or integration. The candidate must possess a deep understanding of banking and financial systems along with proficiency in database concepts SQL HTML5 and CSS3.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development and implementation of Javabased applications specifically focusing on LoanIQ software.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements design solutions and deliver highquality software applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Perform code reviews ensure adherence to coding standards and enforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to continuously enhance the development process.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of proven experience in IT with a strong focus on Java development.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot Microservices Hibernate and Angular.
• Demonstrated expertise in LoanIQ software development or integration.
• Solid understanding of banking and financial systems.
• Proficiency in database concepts and SQL.
• Familiarity with web markup languages such as HTML5 and CSS3.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in computer science or related field.
• Certifications in Java or relevant technologies.

Note: This position requires local candidates in Irving TX or Jersey City NJ. Visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.
