Job Description

Position:LATAM Sales Representative (Commercial Real Estate)
Working Hours: 9:00 am5:00 pm PST.
Salary Range: $1500 $2000 USD Commission for each suite that gets leased.
Type of contract: Independent contractor
Payment Frequency: Monthly.

With a keen eye for unlocking hidden value the company invites brokers to explore their exclusive Suites for Lease and Buying Criteria fostering collaborative partnerships for mutual success.

Scope of the Role
We’re seeking a LATAM Sales Representative for Commercial Real Estate for leasing vacant suites across three shopping centers in Phoenix. Using ReSquared prospecting local business owners via email calls text social media and direct messages. Also the ideal candidate should have 45 years of sales experience preferably focused on real estate; English fluency (Spanish proficiency preferred) excellent communication skills CRM proficiency proven sales success and strong organizational skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Leasing 6 vacant suites in our 3 shopping centers in Phoenix
  • Use ReSquared to prospect for local business owners looking to expand or relocate to our client’s shopping center(s) via email calls text messages social media and direct messages.
  • Pitch our client’s property benefits to local business owners about leasing space at the shopping centers (either to relocate their existing business or open another location).
  • Answer inbound phone & email leads from paid marketing ads loopNet etc.
  • Schedule interested prospects for property tours. (FaceTime lockbox access Q&A while touring).
  • Prescreen tenants; yelp/google reviews creditworthiness: FICO & cash reserves etc.
  • Draft preliminary letter of intent (LOI) using our client’s template for owners to review / approve.
  • Managing the pipeline of prospective tenants: interested toured financially capable qualified referral.
  • Present weekly pipeline reports / leads progress to ownership.

Requirements:

  • 45 years of experience as a sales representative focused on real estate.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (phone email text social media).
  • Experience using a CRM and/or google sheets to present pipeline progress.
  • Proven sales closer who is persuasive and consistently exceeds quota and sales goals.
  • Enjoys talking with people widely likable builds rapport and trust quickly.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a pipeline of leads effectively.
