Job Description

SFA is seeking a Functional Procurement Lead.

Period of Performance: 1600 hours with two (2) oneyear options.
Place of Performance: Hybrid with 3 days per week onsite (Tu Wed Th) in the MD HQ located at 4100 Garden City Dr Hyattsville MD 20785.

Position Description:
Provides application software and business functional position in the Office of Procurement and Materials (PRMT). Serves as the subject matter expert for the business process analysis process definition and changes to procuretopay functions. Is the liaison to the Information Technology (IT) team for the Authoritywide applications that impact PRMT internal and external users for both technical and business functional issues. Works extensively with use of the Procurement ERP application modules and thirdparty support applications
Responsible for ERP configuration and customization
Responsible for discussing architecture and solution options recommendations and implications with key stakeholders.
Responsible for creating functional process/solution documents describing business processes and user needs.
Ensure system changes support the companys business strategy and desired business outcomes.
Keep up to date with technological changes system updates new functionality and evaluate their advantage and disadvantages.
Ensure a holistic information architecture and master data structure

Requirements
Will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and a bachelors degree.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Servicenow
