JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our AI Accelerator Team working on various AI initiatives.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and optimizing cuttingedge AI models and AIbased products with a strong focus on Generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain advanced AI models for Generative AI use cases.

Conduct prompt engineering and implement optimization techniques such as RAG to enhance the models ability to generate informed and contextually appropriate responses.

Ensure models effectiveness and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation.

Adhere to principles of Responsible AI to ensure fairness transparency privacy accountability and implementing risk and compliance measures.

Continuously assess and enhance AI solutions based on user feedback emerging technologies and industry advancements.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions into their existing processes and maximize their impact organizationwide.

Manage multiple use cases simultaneously and deliver highquality results within established timelines.

Working from the Office is mandatory for realtime collaboration and effective team dynamics.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. Masters degree preferred.

Proven professional experience in AI solution development with a strong emphasis on natural language processing machine learning and large language models.

Strong proficiency in Python with experience in utilizing relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g. Scikit Learn TensorFlow or PyTorch)

Handson experience with the RAG technique and familiarity with its application in realworld scenarios.

Familiarity with Azure AI services is preferred.

Strong problemsolving abilities and analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business problems into practical AI solutions.
