Job Description

Title: Business Analyst

Duration: 1 year

Location: remote

We are seeking a talented and detailoriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of business processes. As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in gathering analyzing and documenting business requirements to support the development of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our organization and our clients.

Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes systems and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Lead capability definition and gap analysis sessions to assess current business processes systems and resources. Identify gaps and inefficiencies collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies and solutions to address identified gaps and achieve business goals.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and prioritize business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) functional requirement documents (FRDs) and other relevant documentation to articulate business needs and solution specifications.
    • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers designers and project managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and project plans.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Perform feasibility studies impact analyses and risk assessments to evaluate proposed solutions and support decisionmaking processes.
    • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solution functionality and ensure it meets business requirements.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders including training documentation and troubleshooting assistance.
    • Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and drive innovation within the organization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance business performance and achieve longterm objectives.

Additional Details

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Information Systems Computer Science or related field MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 5 to 7 years proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role preferably in the health care industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather interpret and analyze complex data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques such as process modeling data analysis and requirements elicitation.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum or other project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Extensive experience in ambiguous and complex business functions; using data and expertise to facilitate business decision making.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations compliance standards and best practices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques including Excel SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of health care operations and regulations
