- Position: Sr. Manager Customer Service
- Location: Gurgaon
- Brief Description: Attending customer queries /calls related to machine repairs managing service engineers and working on after sales services.
- Team Management 7
- Reports to MD India
Must Have
- Min.10 years experience in similar field and should be from Medical Devices industry
- Prior team management experience
- Multi stakeholder experience
- Prior experience of working with international stakeholders is good to have.
