Qualification Required skills
Education
- BE / BTech / Diploma Engineering (minimum)
Knowledge & Expertise
- Mechanical Electrical concepts ;
- Experience in the field of distribution transformer;
- English essential ;
- General knowledge of computer and specific function in the (AUTO CAD Solid Works Creo Inventor etc.)
Experience
- 15 to 20 yrs.
Skills & Profile
- Knowledge of the production & manufacturing process;
- Ability to understand 2D designs knowledge of functional dimensioning tools;
- Capacity to understand & use of technical & standard documents;
- Analyze synthetize store the technical & organizational informations;
- Capacity of Transverse Management (Leadership & Communication)
- Capacity of conviction and negotiation technic
- Knowledge of technical information exchange;
- Will be able to listen field staff;
- Realize achievements Selfencouraged & motivated
- Reactivity as well as proactive autonomy ability to anticipate and adaptability
- Rigor and methodology will and Tenacity Analytical & Pioneering spirit
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
