Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Gold Loan Officers to join our esteemed bank. As a Gold Loan Officer you will be responsible for:

• Client Acquisition: Sourcing and acquiring new clients through the open market to expand our gold loan portfolio.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Loan Processing: Evaluating loan applications and processing gold loans in compliance with the bank's policies and guidelines.
• Market Analysis: Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Sales Targets: Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the bank.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the gold loan sector.
• Strong sales and marketing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of local markets in the specified locations.
