C&N Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Pastry chef for a family run 4* hotel based in Welwyn Hertfordshire this is a wide varied role you must have experience in afternoon teas formal dining and informal dining.

The Role:

The successful candidate must have a proven track record in high quality pastry departments.

Must be able to demonstrate their interest in food and passion.

You will be preparing pastries for breakfast lunches and deserts.

You will have input into the design and menus of the pastry menu.

Ensure the food is current innovative fresh and nutritionally balanaced.

Support the executive chef to audit and monitor operations.

You:

Previous experience in high end pastry department preferably in a hotel environment.

Previous experience in afternoon teas.

An eye for detail.

Team player.

A flair for great tasting pastries.
