Breakfast Chef

C&N Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Chef for a 4* Hotel based on the outskirts of Welwyn Garden City.

This is a fantastic opportunity to give you work life balance whilst still working in the kitchen the hours of work will be 6.30am to 3.30pm 5 out of 7 days.

Breakfast chef duties

• Responsible for preparing all breakfast items and baked pastry goods to a high standard both plated and buffet items.
• Ensure the food is current innovative and fresh.
• Assisting in the pre of afternoon tea once breakfast has finished.
• Support the executive chef in other areas.

You:

Previous experience as a chef in a quality establishment this could be a restaurant/ hotel/ contract catering unit.

• An eye for detail and take pride in every plate cooked.
• A team player able to support with other sections in the kitchen.
