Job Description
Sureti Insurance Marketing Private Limited is an IRDAI certified company established in 2018 and headquartered in Coimbatore. We specialize in financial products and investments partnering with top insurance providers such as LIC ICICI Prudential United India Insurance Star Health Insurance Religare Health Insurance and ICICI Lombard Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Recruitment: Attract screen and select qualified candidates to build a strong team.
- Team Development: Train and mentor new recruits fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
- Team Handling: Manage and coordinate the activities of the team to ensure effective performance and goal achievement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Fluent in speaking Tamil.
