Brief Summary and Problem Statement:

• Storage engagement to facilitate operations related to production support customer migrations risk and instrumentation.
• Storage is seeking a broad engagement for services related to multiple portfolios within the product:
• Seeking coverage to support operations in the NA and India time zone including weekends. This will include SRE operations supporting product upgrades and executing customer data migrations.
• Seeking coverage in the India time zone for appliance account rotation troubleshooting failures reporting and support for the associated process.

Objectives:

Maintain compliance with assigned risk metrics and reporting.

Enhance existing account management tooling

Facilitate customer data migration related to data center exits. Completion of customer migrations within SLA.

Monitor and perform BAU TLM upgrades for select products. Monitor performance against key metrics.

Support BAU Operations

• Include system versions existing integrations or if new integrations or upgrades are needed.
• The above projects are sourced through FTE labor today. While the above programs are being progressed the programs are not meeting assigned objectives due to available staffing.

Responsibilities Requirements
