Position: Reconciliation Specialist
Salary Range: 1500 USD
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Overview of the Position
The Reconciliation Specialist plays a crucial role in our company's growth and success. Responsible for reconciling payments received from online sales orders via platforms such as Amazon eBay and other marketplaces this entrylevel position involves moderate complexity. Additionally the Reconciliation Specialist conducts internal research to identify discrepancies within our accounting processes contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our accounting department.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilize Excel and internal systems to reconcile payments with sales orders.
• Ensure accurate posting of funds.
• Evaluate analyze and prioritize data.
• Conduct research to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Issue rebates as needed.
• Provide support to the Accounting department.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in Excel Outlook and other relevant software applications.
• Experience in ecommerce is advantageous.
• Knowledge of accounting principles practices and procedures is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
• A high level of proficiency in English is required.
