Qualifications/Requirements:

At least 10 years experience in the following:

  • HCL Commerce (formerly IBM WebSphere Commerce) design and development of V7 V8 & V9
  • Architecting designing and deploying Client eCommerce solutions inclusive of integration and data requirements.
  • Proven technical leadership in support of client web site/eCommerce implementations.
  • Presenting and successfully communicating technical recommendations to the line of business as well as IT leadership
  • Enabling and providing knowledge transfer to clients and other IT partners
  • English: Fluent

Key Attributes:

  • Ability to position and present technical recommendations concepts and methodologies to customer executives and gain their confidence and trust
  • Ability to differentiate HCL Commerce capabilities from competitive offerings.
  • Manage time wisely and successfully support multiple concurrent customer demands and engagements.
  • Work as a collaborative team member in supporting and managing troubled projects/customer situations.
  • Ability to support the sales team in enabling them to meet and exceed their business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities and Key Skills:

Support customers with open implementation issues and challenges.

Assist customers and business partners with upgrade strategies and release roadmaps.

Help facilitate the architecture and design of Client eCommerce solutions.

Facilitate migration/upgrade workshops.

Facilitate design sessions
