Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Corp Comm Team Member with the title of Business Associate possessing 8 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Python Automated Testing and Automation Testing Tools to enhance our corporate communication strategies ensuring the delivery of clear impactful messages that align with our companys goals and values.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement advanced automated testing frameworks using Python to ensure the efficiency and reliability of our communication systems.
Collaborate with the IT and communications team to integrate automation testing tools that streamline our workflow and improve performance.
Analyze current communication strategies and propose innovative solutions to optimize message delivery and audience engagement.
Conduct thorough testing of all digital communication platforms to identify and rectify any issues ensuring seamless operation.
Provide detailed reports on testing outcomes including recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in automated testing and communication tools to keep our systems uptodate and effective.
Work closely with team members to understand their needs and develop automation strategies that support their objectives.
Ensure all communication materials meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy before release.
Train team members on the use of automation tools and best practices in automated testing.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and strategies for future development.

Qualifications:
Must have a strong foundation in Python with handson experience in developing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
Proven expertise in utilizing automation testing tools to enhance communication strategies and system performance.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills capable of working effectively with crossfunctional teams.
A proactive approach to staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in automation and testing.
Ability to train and guide team members on automation best practices.
