Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Ops COE Business Associate with 6 to 10 years of experience specializing in AWS and Databricks. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive our business forward ensuring scalability efficiency and performance. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize data processing workflows and pipelines for efficiency and reliability. Ensure the security and compliance of cloudbased solutions according to industry standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices in cloud architecture. Conduct system performance tests to ensure the reliability and scalability of our architecture. Stay abreast of new AWS and Databricks features and technologies to drive innovation within the company. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in cloud environments. Facilitate the migration of legacy systems to cloudbased solutions minimizing downtime and data loss. Document architectural designs and processes for future reference and compliance. Qualifications Must have a strong foundation in AWS services and Databricks with handson experience in designing and deploying cloud solutions. Proven track record of optimizing data workflows and pipelines for performance and efficiency. Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Experience in system migration and cloud security measures is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead projects to successful completion.
