NHL Writer

The Opportunity

If you are a dedicated hockey fan with a knack for storytelling and a desire to be part of a dynamic team we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing 45 articles a day ranging from news stories game previews features listicles etc.
  

• Assisting the team in identifying and creating engaging content for our worldwide audience
  

Requirements

• Prior work experience in sports writing preferably with a focus on NHL or hockey coverage.
  

• Open to working ET hours to accommodate game schedules and breaking news.
  

• Proficient in covering gamerelated topics including match previews recaps game analysis and league news.
  

• Strong writing skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  

• A deep understanding of the NHL its teams players and current trends in the sport.
  

• Knowledge of hockey analytics and advanced statistics is a plus.
