Job Responsibilities

Leads Followup & Documentation

Recording assignment and followup of all inbound leads

Qualify leads with first level site visits or initial survey as required

CRM Data management reporting and audit

Data entry and Documentation

Followup on active potentials to closure

Conduct waste audits and prepare audit reports

Sales Support

Assisting the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments

Ensuring all Sales Representatives have highquality uptodate support material.

Handling customer calls emails and messages answering customer queries arranging delivery dates and scheduling audits or meetings

Conducting waste audits first hand and reporting when necessary

Understanding customer requirements and preparing proposals

Coordinate with Purchase teams or vendors to obtain pricing of transportation or equipment required for sending out proposals

Inputting potentials and other data in CRM ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales marketing queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.

Developing and maintaining documentation systems so as to maintain sales records prepare reports and provide financial information to the finance department
