Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Wilmington DE Columbus OH Plano TX
Responsible for executing software solutions design development and technical troubleshooting
Required to create secure and highquality production code and maintain algorithms
Accountable for producing architecture and design artifacts for complex applications
Responsible for gathering analyzing and synthesizing data for continuous improvement of software applications and systems
Expected to proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements
Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events
Takes initiative in finding solutions to complex problems
Adds to team culture of diversity equity inclusion and respect
Must have formal training or certification on ServiceNow platform concepts and proficient applied experience
Must have demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow Modules
Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript Glide scripting) and frontend technologies (HTML CSS Angular) is required
Experience working on system integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST API is essential
Must have strong analysis problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Ability to debug issues and find new ways of proactive monitoring to ensure platform stability is necessary
Must be capable of mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment
Strong communication skills are essential to clarify requirements with stakeholders and to work collaboratively with the team.
