Job Description:
Overseeing the incident management process and team members involved in resolving the incident.
Responding to a reported service incident identifying the cause and initiating the incident management process.
Prioritizing incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business.
Major Incident Management E2E coordination of incidents Incident communication internally/externally/leadership teams
Incident escalation & engagement of the appropriate stakeholders
Involve L2/L3 support and vendor coordination if involved Driving resolution/workaround timely manner
Logging all incidents and their resolution to see if there are recurring issues. Managing the incident team members
Full Time
