Job Description

Job Title Business Analyst II*

Location Santa Monica or Frederick MD Hybrid

Description:

  • Facilitates and ensures timely processing maintains thorough knowledge of and is primary contact for domestic or international product orders or returns credits and complaints.
  • Performs order entry and other tasks associated with documenting and processing orders from wholesalers or direct accounts.
  • Ensures products and shipment materials are ordered and in stock to meet business requirements while maintaining acceptable inventory Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
  • Job Description:

    • Gather and document business requirements and map asis and to be process maps.
    • Collaborate with the Business Process Owner to document business requirements.
    • Participate as a business analyst in testing system enhancements for the related business domain.
    • Collaborates closely with business stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
    • Must possess excellent business partnership and communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
    • Ability to follow up with relevant stakeholders on critical activities including escalation of system issues.
    • Ability to facilitate meetings effectively including distribution of meeting notes and tracking actions items to ensure accountability.
    • Experience managing diverse stakeholders ensuring their needs are addressed.
    • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related function in Life Sciences or High Technology domains (GxP compliant processes a plus).
    • Ability and experience with facilitating and collaboratively participating in requirements gathering workshops.
    • High proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint Word and Excel Experience with use of Portfolio Management and Collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA MS Project SharePoint).

    Top 3 Required Skill Sets:

    • Understanding of systems development through both waterfall and agile methodologies
    • Authoring of system and process related documents including test scripts process flow diagrams requirements documentation and user manuals
    • Management of project schedules including understanding of critical path and tracking of tasks to completion
