Position: Enterprise Architect (Retail Systems and Applications)

Client: Harman International

Location: North Ridge CA (Remote)

Pay Rate: $80/hr. on C2C

Duration: 3 Months

Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced and skilled architect for a short term of 3 months to join our team and help us review the Retail Systems and Applications of our customers for B2B and B2C. You will be responsible for analyzing the current state of the tools and technologies used by our customers such as ERP CRM Analytics Customer Service application etc. and assessing their level of maturity. You will also provide an assessment report that includes the strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats of the existing systems and applications as well as the recommendations to improve them and achieve a higher level of maturity.

Responsibilities:

• Review the Retail Systems and Applications of the customers for B2B and B2C and understand their business goals processes and requirements.
• Analyze the tools and technologies used by the customers such as ERP CRM Analytics Customer Service application etc. and evaluate their level of maturity based on the industry standards and best practices.
• Identify the gaps issues risks and challenges of the current systems and applications and provide solutions and alternatives to address them.
• Prepare an assessment report that summarizes the findings insights and recommendations for improving the maturity of the tools and technologies.
• Present the assessment report to the customers and stakeholders and explain the rationale and benefits of the proposed solutions.
• Carry out the assignment as an individual contributor with a need to regularly interact with the key customer stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project teams and customers throughout the implementation and deployment phases.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Retail Systems and Applications domain and incorporate them into the solutions as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience as an architect in the Retail Systems and Applications domain.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in the tools and technologies used by the customers such as ERP CRM Analytics Customer Service application etc.
• Proven experience in conducting maturity assessments and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks is a plus.
