Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fastpaced environment and work with crossfunctional teams to design build and rollout products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Product Manager responsibilities include:

• Creating buyin for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Developing product pricing and positioning strategies
• Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Responsible for carrying out product design product research and analysis on market trend and forecast customer industry application competitive situation business system etc. collecting and analyzing customers' requirements on technology application and index of HV/MV/LV products analyzing competitors' product and market information and submitting analysis reports and action plans.
• Lead market competitor customer and usecase analyses to develop specifications for product basedsolutions
• Lead technoeconomic/business modelling of productbased solutions at the usecase level
• Assist in the technical support and marketing activities of products and regularly evaluate the input and output benefits of new product certification projects & Manage the screening selection qualification integration and activities of suppliers and partners throughout the development to market introduction life cycle
• Responsible for coordinating the resources between R&D and related departments to ensure all kinds of development projects and conversions are carried out smoothly. Responsible for overseas localized manufacturing research program development and technical management of Chint products.

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share improve customer experience and drive growth
• Create buyin for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick timetomarket and optimal resources
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team executives and other product management team members
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
• Engineering background Good presentation skills and ability to stand in front of a large number of people and make presentations.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

Requirements

• 58 years proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or handson experience in software development and web technologies
• Strong problemsolving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
• Skilled at working effectively with crossfunctional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent preferred
