Job Description
An established financial institution in Ortigas is looking for a Sr. Paralegal Specialist. This role would be the primary contact point of the company for all legal and regulatory matters including matters regarding AMLC NPC and SEC providing legal advice in relation to filipino laws and regulation drafting of legal documents and contracts handle matters with the local goverment and other ad hoc tasks.
Qualification:
- Must have a college degree in relation to Law or Legal education.
- With 5 years solid experience in international law firm and/or reputable Lending company/Financing company/Rural Bank.
- Experienced in dispute resolutions resolving government inquiry.
- Experienced in working with foreign parties (or reporting to foreign headquarter)
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced communication skills both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of written and spoken Chinese is a major advantage.
