Job Description

JOB DETAILS:

Position: Operations Manager for Digital Large Format Printing Company

Location: Kuwait

Role Involves:

Overall Incharge managing Large Format Digital Printing Operations of 3 Branches with Costing Day to Day Sales MIS KPI of Branch & Staff and Print Machine Efficiency.

Responsible for Ensuring smooth operations Addressing Challenges implementing strategies for growth and development and optimizing efficiency. The Operations Manager should have strong problemsolving skills decisionmaking abilities and the ability to lead and develop a highperforming team and develop the Digital presence of the company (website)

Job Responsibilities:


1. Problemsolving:

  • Identify and address obstacles and challenges that arise during operations including issues related to employees interdepartmental coordination and B2B customer satisfaction and online operations.
  • Ensure quality assurance measures are in place to meet customer demands and expectations.
  • Implement pricing strategies and track sales including purchase orders to maintain control and accuracy.

2. Inventory Management:

  • Establish and maintain strict control over inventory tracking both incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Monitor and report any instances of waste investigating the causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address machinerelated issues impacting inventory control.

3. Decision Making:

  • Make timely and informed decisions to address operational issues ensuring minimal delays.
  • Utilize field experience and expertise to determine the best course of action for resolving challenges.

4. Team Structure and Development:

  • Recruit and hire qualified personnel to build a competent and reliable team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and multitasking abilities among team members.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and effectiveness.

5. Development:

  • Identify and implement strategies for company growth and development such as expanding sales channels upgrading machinery and improving product offerings.
  • Analyze existing data to make informed decisions regarding product development cost management and overseas sourcing.
  • Explore opportunities to open new branches and expand the company's presence.
  • Digitalizing all company services with a live website (backend and frontend) following up with IT department and managing all obstacles for smooth process

6. Reporting:

  • Prepare comprehensive and professional reports on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Communicate key insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
  • Competitor’s analysis in order for company growth.

7. Branch Work Distribution:

  • Establish clear structures and responsibilities for employees within branches.
  • Promote crosstraining to ensure flexibility and selfsufficiency among employees.
  • Emphasize the importance of teamwork selfimprovement and taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Setting KPI’s for the team.

8. Setting Targets:

  • Collaborate with the team to set realistic and measurable targets for branches.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure teams are focused on achieving their assigned targets.
  • Monitor progress and provide necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Targets and bonus are distributed in line with performance measures

9. OffSeason Planning:

  • Develop a clear plan for the offseason period including cost control and targeted sales strategies.
  • Identify specific products or services that can be promoted during the offseason to increase sales.

Package Structure:

  • Net of Tax Salary

  • Accommodation company will facilitate for appropriate place.

  • Transport to/fro Bus Allowance for personal use.

  • Vehicle for Internal Branch commute for work

  • Work Visa Tickets for Joining & after 2 years to/fro India.
  • Annual leave 30 days
