Primary skill sets

• Hands on configuration management knowledge based on experience in precession manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge on Configuration principles (activities) configuration management planning identification change control status accounting & audit.

• Develop & implement paper less system for the configuration management.

• Generation of item codes Routing BOM work centers in SAP ERP system.

• Management of drawings Item codes work centers Child parts

• SOP work instruction BOM with their revision control.

• Familiarity and comprehension of basic specifications and Industry standards (i.e. ISO ANSI ASME AS9100 AS9102... etc.)

• General understanding of GD&T and drawing BOM interpretation

• knowledge Hands on experience in maintaining documents for electronic parts manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge on Engineering Change management & Specification matrix.

• Review quality requirements of contracts PO’s and amendments to awarded contracts.

• Customer information management.

• Performs product process and system audits and verifies effectiveness or corrective actions that were taken.

• Knowledge & hands on experience of using ERP (Nav & SAP)

• Handling process compliances demonstrating professional techniques.

• Good technical report writing presentation & Technical communication.

• Exposure to precision machining processes assembly tooling &Fixtures.

• Working knowledge of CAD packages (Nx preferred).

• Working knowledge of MS Office tools especially Reportwriting/general documentation

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
