**Reporting to**: Senior Project Manager/Lead
#### Responsibilities:
1. Manage business analysis activities including requirements specification/gathering.
2. Facilitate working sessions to understand analyze and derive processes and business rules.
3. Collaborate with Caltrans in designing and writing tests to validate all requirements.
4. Ensure the integrity security and effective performance of the solution.
5. Create update and maintain databases; manage the structure of data; acquire collect exchange share and integrate digital and mobile data.
6. Act as subject matter expert on data management ensuring effective communication of system issues and recommending solutions.
7. Perform quality control checks to ensure data integrity.
8. Deliver training to all endusers update training material and reference guides and provide training to Caltrans staff.
#### Minimum Qualifications:
1. Three (3) to five (5) years of extensive and increasingly responsible experience in applying data tools analytical processes and technologies.
2. At least two (2) years of experience in a specialist capacity.
3. Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in a related field.
