Job Title: ShortTerm Help Desk Roll Out
Contract Duration: 1 week (June 28 July 2) must be able to commit to the full 5 days
Pay Rate: $35/hr
Location in GA: Multiple locations: Atlanta Grovetwon and Twin City GA
Work Hours: 1shift and 2nd shift available (may offer some travel for those interested)

Join a Tier 1 Help Desk Technician team for a quick facitilities upgrade. You utilize your skills to provide exceptional support to our clients. In addition to troubleshooting software and hardware issues youll also have the opportunity to put your handson experience to use by assembling PCs as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance demonstrating the reliability and professionalism veterans are known for.
- Utilize your problemsolving skills to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and effectively.
- Showcase your attention to detail and precision by performing PC assembly tasks ensuring each system meets our quality standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks on assembled PCs to guarantee optimal functionality and performance.
- Document support cases solutions and assembly procedures meticulously contributing to our knowledge base for future reference.
- Collaborate with fellow veterans and other team members to provide comprehensive technical support and solutions.
- Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service reflecting the dedication and integrity ingrained in military service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in computer science information technology or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a help desk or technical support role showcasing your ability to handle diverse challenges with confidence and expertise.
- Handson experience assembling PCs and installing components reflecting your proficiency and adaptability.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and macOS along with a willingness to continue learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Strong communication skills enabling you to effectively convey technical concepts to clients of varying technical backgrounds.
- Proven problemsolving abilities and attention to detail traits honed through your military experience.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment leveraging your teamwork and leadership skills.
