Supervision of syrup preparation as per production program and operation of water treatment plant.
Responsible for checking and maintaining quality (including microbiology) of product and other ingredients in liaison with quality staff & manpower.
Maintain lab & lab equipment in order Calibrate as per instructions.
Follow up IMS program & accomplish set goals & objectives efficiency under IMS program. (Maintain ISO & other Certification).
Coordinate GMP in liaison with other staff
Assigned as HACCP coordinator.
Implement HACCP program coordinating with Plant Manager Production Manager and Maintenance Manager
Conduct HACCP review in consultation of Plant Manager as per plan.
Maintain HACCP records.
Coordinate with other managers implementing pest control program.
Inspection of ingredients (sugar concentrate) chemicals finished product in warehouse in liaison with incoming materials and supply chain logistic staff.
Evaluation of nonconforming materials product and disposal after approval of Plant manager
Responsible for various sample collection as per CocaCola testing requirement
Maintain Lab records and manuals including production samples.
Organize consumer complaint analysis and corrective action.
